Salvation Army says "Thank you Mandurah Masters"

Mandurah Masters fundraising activities in October and November resulted in a total of $1346 being raised by members to be donated to a local charitable organisation. The money was raised by the very successful Hoedown and Silent Auction, as well as Doddi's Dash Entry Fees and TAB Stall.

After investigation, it was decided to donate the funds to the local Salvation Army Christmas Appeal. Glenda and Deborah met with Captain Scott Ellery from the Salvation Army Mandurah to present him with KMART vouchers.

Scott was very appreciative of the Club's donation and was going straight down to KMART to put it to good use for the kids. As he explained, "people have been very generous with food donations and gifts for the youngsters, but it is was gifts for the boys in the 8-16 years old bracket they were struggling to fund".

Thank you to all members who through your participation at the Hoedown and Doddi's Dash made this donation possible.
