OCTOBER 2022 POOL TRAINING PROGRAM (MARC)

Tuesday & Thursday training leading up to Stadium Masters meet will give swimmers the opportunity to swim all 4 strokes as they individually wish. Program to include:


· Short butterfly brackets

· 100’s and occasional 200’s in freestyle, backstroke and/or breaststroke

· Building of stamina levels

· Sprint work.


After the Stadium Masters Meet the program will change slightly with an eye towards our own meet. Similar programs will be run with the deletion of the 200m work and an increase in the speed work plus the opportunity to do some stroke combination work for anyone looking to swim in the 100m IM.
