2019 MSA Nationals Results
Congratulations Alexis Denness, Lindsay Wiland, Ingrid van der Wel and Richard Fox who all swam brilliantly at the 2019 Masters National Swimming Competition. Although, technically, Ingrid did swim for Rockingham and Richard for Claremont, we count them as our own.
Out of 16 swims, Alexis swam 12 PB's, as the following times show:
Lindsay should be pleased with racing in top form for the following results:
As far as Ingrid's results go - If you are only going to swim 25 times in 12 events resulting in 7 firsts, 4 seconds, and 15 PBs why would you bother going all the way to Adelaide? Ingrid needs to start taking her swimming seriously!
Richard raced consistently well in the 75 to 79 Age Group, picking up three 2nds and three 3rds from his 7 events, including knocking 7 sec of his PB in the 200 backstroke.

Well done Alexis, Lindsay, Ingrid and Richard!
