2019 Inaugural Marina Swim

The Marina, Mindarie is hosting its first open water swimming event, The Marina Swim, on Sunday, 24 March 2019. Aaron Ellis-Kerr has been appointed as official Ambassador for this event, as a Northern suburbs local and current open water swim athlete.

The Marina Swim is aimed at providing a fun community event for everyone to take part in, as a participant, a spectator or a volunteer. They want to bring the community together for a common purpose and celebrate what being part of the Northern suburbs is all about.

They’re offering three distances – the Club to Pub, 2.5km, Classic 1.25km and the Splash & Dash 500m.

They invite swimmers, swim teams and clubs to come and hold their end of season functions with them and are offering Teams a $65 food & beverage voucher for every 10 team members who register and book a table for their post-swim function at any of our participating venues.

They are also offering every individual participant, including members of a Team, a food & beverage voucher to enjoy at one of our venues - $10 for the 2.5km, $7 for the 1.25km and $5 for the 500m and all children who participate.
