A big congratulations to the Linda Ray, Ian Wookey and Pauline Wingate who won their age group, as well as Kirk Bamford who was runner-up in his age group, at the Mandurah Tri Club's annual awards

Personally, I think swimming is hard enough let alone then jumping on a racing bike and, even worse, after that going for a run. Not these Triathletes - they are champions!
