
Open Water Clinic with Kareena Preston
The clinic will be focussing on safety, i.e., awareness of water conditions, currents, changing beach conditions, your ability, weather conditions, sighting and water temperature. Kareena will be bringing along different types of wetsuits for discussion for those of you that feel the cold.


Fremantle LLCC 2022
We had 9 swimmers representing our club at Fremantle's swim meet last Sunday out of a total of 167 participating swimmers. Overall we placed a creditable 6th out of the 16 clubs, 3 points behind Melville with 14 swimmers and 3 points in front of Claremont who like us, had 9 swimmers. Manna's Fishoramma 2022
Our second annual manna's Fishoramma conceived and coordinated by Greg was last night. Thanks to Greg for also organising the ideal weather; warm, balmy and no breeze. Winner of the trophy for biggest fish (and it was the first caught) was Steve Crake. A special award was present to Paul for the prettiest fish and Brett won the raffle - a pink rod & reel which lights up when you catch a fish (wait 'till his friends find out about that).

The event is open to all swimmers aged 13 years old and over. No watches or heavy jewellery to be worn.
Wetsuits may be worn but wearers will not be eligible for prizes.
