Starting this Sunday, we will be running a Sunday Training and Vorgee Endurance 1000 swim session. The sessions will take place between 9:00 to 10:30 am, followed by a well-earned coffee and chat. Sunday training is an excellent option for those who find weeknights hard to attend or who would like to work on improving their swimming technique and speed.
