A Killer Night
Like many other nights of revelry, this night of revelry was enjoyed by a group of sophisticates, artists and hoodlums …. until things went horribly wrong. Sunday Training & Vorgee Endurance 1000 Swims are back!
Starting this Sunday, we will be running a Sunday Training and Vorgee Endurance 1000 swim session. The sessions will take place between 9:00 to 10:30 am, followed by a well-earned coffee and chat. Sunday training is an excellent option for those who find weeknights hard to attend or who would like to work on improving their swimming technique and speed. Vorgee Endurance 1000 is a program for swimmers who want to improve or maintain their aerobic fitness by regularly swimming
