A lot has been happening since my last write up. Most of the action has been at the pool with the Tuesday and Thursday night training sessions back in full swing. Tuesday nights are in the outside pool and whilst you may think this could be a cool for you, after two laps warmup it is very pleasant swimming conditions. Our Phase 4 COVID-19 Plan for Doddi's Swims and Shed has been submitted and certified. The key requirements are as follows: Maintain Physical Distancing with a strict limit of 2 sqm per person before and after swimming, and only 2 people are permitted in the shed concurrently. Now that things are getting back to normal, our next club social event is a "Sundowner" at 5:00pm on Friday night 17 July at "The Pen". Typically, these are casual affairs where we get together for a chat over a few drinks. Some of us often stay for a light meal, but it is up to you. See you there!
